Repairs & Maintenance
All of our properties are maintained to high standard by our maintenance section.
We Will: Carry out planned and cyclical maintenance on a pre-determined cycle such as:-
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Boiler replacements
- Decoration of communal areas
- External paintwork
We will: Carry out regular safety and security inspections.
We will: Advise, arrange and if possible fund future adaptations works.
We will: Carry out works for:
- Emergency work within 24hrs
- Urgent work within 7 working days
- Day to day maintenance within 28 days

Emergency only repairs after 5pm are via the same number.
