Purpose and Values
Our purpose statement summarises what we do and why Empower does what it does. In 2022 our team and the Board reviewed the purpose of Empower Housing Association.
To provide specialised housing solutions that allow people to live independently enabling their ability to thrive.
Our values where reviewed at the same time and reflect our fundamental beliefs and help us keep true to our purpose when decisions are being made.

Parking: Limited parking available at the back of the building on Empower’s private car park. With two allocated disabled parking bays to the front of the building. On-street parking is available for up to an hour. There are also pay and display car parks nearby.
Accessibility: Empower’s offices have widened doorways to reception and level access ramps to the main entrance.
